Prof. Dr. Orion Gliozheni is a renowned expert in Obstetrics and Gynecology, serving as a professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Medicine of Tirana, Albania. He has received extensive training in reproductive and perinatal medicine across leading institutions in Italy, the USA, Switzerland, and France. Prof. Gliozheni has authored over 180 papers, contributed to several international textbooks, and published numerous textbooks in obstetrics and gynecology. He served as the Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tirana for nearly three decades.
Prof. Gliozheni is actively involved in numerous professional societies. He is the current President of the South East European Society of Perinatal Medicine (SEESPM) and holds leadership roles in the International Academy of Perinatal Medicine, the World Academy of Art and Science, and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, among others.
