Dr. Ademi-Ibishi: As the Chairperson of the Committee for Specializations, I consider that the Basic Course for Residents with a total of 12 Modules has been successfully completed. This has been made possible through the cooperation and contribution of the Committees, as well as professionals in the field of Surgery, but the successful conclusion is also attributed to the interest and active participation of the residents. Through this course, the specialists were enabled to develop surgical knowledge and skills, which were also the objectives of this course.

Dr. Ademi-Ibishi: I consider that Albanian surgeons from the diaspora can contribute even more to their country of origin. I think that they have the readiness and the will, but in this direction, support is needed from the institutions of Kosova, namely the policy makers, who must develop supporting policies and concrete plans/projects, to enable and facilitate the contribution of surgeons from the diaspora in Kosova.
-What are the achievements of the Clinic of Gynecology and Obstetrics this year, and what do you expect in the improvement of health and scientific services?
Dr. Ademi-Ibishi: The Clinic of Gynecology and Obstetrics works continuously to increase the number of services it offers, but also to increase the quality of care. Among the new services, I would single out the work that is being done in the functionalization of the IVF center, as well as the functionalization of the Fetal Unit, while in the scientific aspect, we are working on increasing research capacities.
