THE SECOND CLINICAL CONGRESS OF THE KOSOVA COLLEGE OF SURGEONS

Kosova College of Surgeons (KCS), which has been established as a scientific and advocacy body to lead the advancement of the discipline of surgery in Kosova, will have its first Clinical Congress on 15-18 September 2021 in Prishtina, Kosova.

Tours in several Kosovar cities for international guests

• Oral Presentation. Each oral presentation will be 8 minutes presentation, with 3 minutes invited discussant and with 3  minutes Q&A. If your abstract is not selected as an Oral presentation, it will automatically be considered for a Quick shot or e-Poster presentation.
• Quick-Shot: These are 5 minutes presentation and 3 minutes discussion.
• ePoster Presentation:  3 minutes. e-Poster presentations may have up to 4 slides in addition to the title and authors.
• Video Presentation: If your video is not selected for a Video podium presentation, it will be considered for a Video e-Poster.

• • The abstract body (not counting abstract title or author string) must not exceed 300 words
  • Graphs, photos and/or tables are accepted. There should not be identifiable patient name, data or face features.
  • Video format: Must not exceed 5 minutes, sound optional, MOV or MP4 formats only.

  SUBMISSION CHECKLIST

  You will need the following information before you submit your abstract.

  • • Principal Contact & Presenter Information (name, address, phone number and email address)
    • Name and email address of sponsoring member
    • List of Authors
    • Abstract body (300 words or less)
    • Use font 12, Times New Roman
    • Please ensure that there are no grammar errors
    • 2 Self-Assessment Questions and answers for CME in case your paper is accepted for oral presentation or Quick-shot

  Deadline for submission: May 31, 2022.

  Notification for authors: June 15, 2022

  Manuscripts for oral presentation: May 31, 2022. Papers with the highest evaluation will be published in the Kosova Journal of Surgery, whilst all accepted papers for presentation in the Congress will be published in the Clinical Abstract book.
