Mission:

The well-being of surgeons and other professionals involved in the treatment and care of patients is in direct correlation with the results of treatment. The Committee will address the causes that affect the well-being of surgical care professionals both socially and economically, as well as in physical and mental health. It is universally known that the burnout syndrome is becoming a serious threat to the health of surgeons and other professionals. The Committee will advocate for optimal conditions for work-life balance of professionals, for deserved reward for their work. The Committee will also organize various activities in sports, art, music and other fields where other values of surgeons will be displayed.
