Florin Ramadani, MD, PhD, graduated from the University of Craiova in Craiova, Romania in 1987. Dr. Ramadani currently serves as the Head of the Traumatology Department at Klinikum Wels, Grieskirchen in Austria. He is an orthopedist at the American Hospital of Kosova, and a Clinical Professor at the University of Tetova, Macedonia. Dr. Ramadani was also chosen Associate Professor at Gr. T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi, Romania.
Dr. Ramadani has extensive training in multiligamentous knee surgery and patellofemoral instability. His interest for diabetic Charcot reconstruction has led to his involvement in the development of the dedicated implant, an ankle-stable plate for diabetic foot. Additionally, Dr. Ramadani has made several contributions to the International Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy advanced course throughout the years.
Dr. Ramadani is an author, or coauthor, of numerous scientific publications and books. Additionally, he is a member of multiple medical organizations and has been an invited speaker to medical conferences worldwide. In addition to his contributions in medicine, Dr. Ramadani enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, running, and reading.
