Gürkan Erdoğan

Gürkan Erdoğan is a Medical Doctor and Professor of Ophthalmology. He is working in Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology. He started to perform Vitreoretinal Surgery with 20-gauge vitrectomy in 2006. Ever since he started performing Vitreoretinal Surgery, he has been working to make it more effective and Minimally Invasive in children and adults and to improve its results. His fields of interest also include Anterior and Posterior segment Trauma Surgery, Retinopathy of Prematurity Surgery, and Secondary Intraocular Lens Implantation Surgery.
