Jay M. MacGregor, MD, MBA, FACS, is the Vice President of Medical Affairs for Allina Health (Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA). Dr. MacGregor is also the Leadership Co-Director at the University of Colorado School of Medicine where he is an Assistant Professor of Surgery.
Prior to joining Allina Health Dr. MacGregor served in a variety of national leadership roles in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) where he was selected to join the Senior Executive Service (SES). He is the immediate past President of the North Dakota Chapter of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Dr. MacGregor is completing a Master of Jurisprudence at Texas A&M University School of Law. He is a Diplomat of the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Colorectal Surgeons, and a 2021 Alpha Omega Alpha Fellow in Leadership.
