Mission:

The KCS Membership Committee will serve as the communication avenue between KCS Leadership and its membership. Committee members will recognize and address the diverse professional needs of KCS members, while upholding the values of KCS as the professional home for surgery with the aim of growing and engaging its members to transform and improve surgery disciplines in Kosova.

The Committee will be responsible for:

-Increasing the number of KCS members and ensuring it consists of all practicing surgeons (including those in academic and public hospitals and institutions and those in private practice) across the country, residents of any surgical discipline and medical students who will pursue surgery in the future;

– Members Satisfaction;

-Recommending Strategic Opportunities.
