Prof. Dr. Refik Ramku

Prof. Dr. Refik Ramku was born in Peshkopi, Albania in 1941. He completed primary school in Dibër and high school in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade in 1968. He worked as a doctor in Struga and Gjilan. Then he moved to work in Pristina at the ENT (ORL) Clinic and completed his ENT specialization in Belgrade. He defended his doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Medicine in Pristina in 1986. He specialized in focused microscopic surgery in otology in Tubingen, Germany. Even after retirement at 2004, he continues to work in his personal polyclinic. He has participated in many symposiums and congresses inside and outside Kosova and has over 32 scientific publications.
