Workshop Week (2023) of the Kosova College of Surgeons
The Kosova College of Surgeons, in cooperation with associations, relevant clinics, and sponsors, organizes the Workshop Week on May 22-26, 2023, at the Hotel International Prishtina.
The Committee for Endoscopy, Laparoscopy, and Robotics of KCS this year organizes the Workshop Week which will be held from May 22 to 26, at the Hotel International Prishtina, while the monitoring of the surgical interventions in real time is held in the respective clinics at UCCK.
As a rule of our main annual activities, this time too we will have local and international experts as lecturers, as well as the practical part of the training in the phantom and the relevant apparatuses (soon we will publish the detailed program).
Due to the limited number of participants, ONLY specialists and residents of these surgical fields will participate in these workshops:
– Orthopedics
– Cardiac surgery
– Abdominal Surgery
– Gynecology, and
– Pediatric Surgery
The deadline for registration is May 15, but please note that the deadline can be closed even earlier if the set number of participants is met, which is 20 participants for each workshop.
While the fixed payment for participation is 50 euros, thanking this year’s sponsors, this payment for the cardiac surgery part will be fully covered by the sponsor, while for other workshops, the participants must pay 50% of the amount, i.e. 25 euros (for the payment details check out the registration link).

Thus, on May 22 (Monday), at the Hotel International Prishtina, the Workshop will start at 9:00, with the official opening of the Workshop Week, and it will continue with the lectures “Pathology of the Meniscus” and “Pathology of the cruciate knee ligament” by foreign experts, as well as with the practical part of the exercises in the relevant phantom/apparatus.
The Workshop dedicated to Arthroscopy, which is supported by the company “Agani”, is two days long and includes the live broadcast of the arthroscopic interventions in the pathology of the meniscus and the cruciate ligament of the knee (ACL), from the operating room to all Telemedicine centers, which will be realized on May 23, from 9:00-12:00.
